Twice monthly, our Chef Jacob offers hands-on cooking demonstrations, encouraging residents to create their own dishes. We are making spring smoothies with various delicious and nutritious fruits and vegetables for March. Carol L, Linda, Carol R, Susan and Ernestine enjoyed making and tasting banana, strawberry spinach smoothies. 🍓🍌🍹
