Recently, our Culinary Services Manager Jacob Blaeser demonstrated how make his authentic Alfredo sauce which turned out eccellante! His bolognese sauce was just as delicious! After his demonstration we all enjoyed a lovely Italian dinner shared with wonderful company and heartfelt conversation. Jacob’s dessert a chocolate trifle was just as tasty!
